Short-Term Rental Statistics

Chelan County Code: The Community Development Director shall annually by March 15 determine the share of short-term rentals to the overall housing stock in each of the unincorporated zip codes and urban growth areas, and accordingly schedule a permit application time window, to be held only once annually between June 1 and July 31, to allow new short-term rental applications for the following year in each zip code and growth area where the cap is not exceeded.

Negative numbers in the "Available" column represent areas where caps have been exceeded.

County Code provides that an additional public process is needed to develop regulations applicable to short-term rentals in Stehekin. That code will be developed at a later date.
